There are enormous opportunities to build Internet-enabled public libraries in every Grama Panchayat under the Bikasit Gaon Bikasit Odisha (BGBO) initiative, transforming villages into digitally empowered knowledge hubs. OSA/OPLI, OLN have been actively pursuing on this.
