The Odisha Society of the Americas (OSA) will host the 2025 Odisha Public Library Conference(2025 OPLC) in Bhubaneswar on 7th December 2025 at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Kalpana Square, BJB Square, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, bringing together policymakers, librarians, scholars, and community leaders to advance the library movement in Odisha.
