The Odisha Society of the Americas(OSA) had taken the initiative to establish Information & Communication Technology(ICT) enabled rural model public library in Baghada Gram Panchayat(GP), Suliapada Block in Mayurbhanj district. The OSA had proposed to establish the model public library in the Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra with 3 rooms comprising Internet Room, Community Center, and a Reading Room.
On June 30th 2019, the library has been inaugurated by local MLA Sri Rajkishore Das, BDO Sri Parikhit Jena, former state model village coordinator Sri Pinaki Mohanty, and Dr. Chidatmika Khatua, Social Entrepreneur.
